Machine equips with CNC 5-axis AC servo motor system to precision control wire kept at on end, or alternate ends of the stator
θ axle runs with 3Kw servo motor moving quickly and precision.
Quickly change tooling is offered in machine, it does not need tools to change it for time saving and keep precision.
Equip with quality mechanical or servo tensioner to control wire winding tension and quality.
High level language instruction, with HMI setting friendly.
Password function to prevent program from modified by non-related person.
